日前，山西省翼城縣質監局對縣城及城鄉結合部的部分超市、家電商場、手機賣場、電動工具商行等流通領域銷售所銷售的強制性認證產品開展了專項執法檢查。此次檢查旨在加強強制性產品認證的管理工作，整頓和規范認證產品市場，打擊銷售未經認證產品的違法行為。

此次專項檢查共檢查4家大型超市，10家家電賣場，5家手機賣場，3家電動工具門店，主要涉及強制性產品認證目錄內的電視、空調、電磁爐、電飯鍋等產品800余件。檢查重點對產品有無獲得3C認證、有無假冒3C認證等違法行為進行查處。檢查采取現場檢查與網上認證信息比對的方法，對發現認證信息與實際標注信息不一致的產品，均要求商家提供證書核對，對暫不能提供證書的產品，一律要求停止銷售，確認經過認證方可重新上架銷售。

檢查發現，在超市、手機賣場、家電商場銷售的絕大部分手機、家電產品都取得了3C認證證書，并按照有關要求加貼了3C認證標志。在電動工具商行則存在銷售未獲得3C認證的電動工具、部分通過認證的電動工具沒有按要求加貼3C認證標志等問題。針對發現的問題，該局執法人員責令商家停止銷售作退貨處理。
